Governor Tony Evers attended an open house at the Coffee House on July 15, 2022. The Governor had this to say about the event on his Facebook page:

I was glad to celebrate the opening of Bunker’s Coffeehouse for Vets in Kenosha. Veterans face unique challenges when they return to civilian life, and this space will help them find support, community, and assistance. Thank you, Jo, for the tour and for your exceptional work!

On September 9, 2022 KAVV Members Richard Bowker and Tim Green presented a check to the Bunker Coffee House. I can tell you first hand that the Coffee House is a fun place to visit!
